Yes, all the 2D results are a little on the low side. The 3D results aren't so bad.

Have you checked you have the latest device drivers for your video card? I might also be tempted to have a look in the BIOS just to check that you don't have the AGP speed turned down (or something like this). If you have your desktop skinned (or themed), then try turning that off.

my video card is a pci card but i did turn up the AGP speed (I didnt think it would help) and i up dated the drivers.
I am running windows blinds so i turned it off.
but still no luck i got the same scores
        Any other ideas

I would be tempted to uninstall blinds completely (temporarily). Maybe it has installed some device drivers that are still active.

It is very hard to guess at the cause of minor performance problems without having the machine to play with.

Could to some other background tasks like remote desktop tools, spyware, other BIOS settings.

Other rarer things we have seen a bad performance when running 2 or more monitors, bad performance running at strange non standard resolutions & badly configured SLI dual video cards.

There are also a few video card device driver settings that can effect the results. In particular the colour depth and hardware acceleration being on or off.
