GPU low usage

I want to know how to make sure the passmark performance test gpu benchmark test will use 99% of a gpu usage.
Thats not what i've been seeing on performance test... my gpu usage is random, and typically 85% on dx11 test, 60% on dx9 test, 99% on dx 10 test, and so on...

It depends on the CPU speed.
Faster CPUs can place more load on the video card.

You can also use the Advanced Tests to select a higher resolution (if your monitor supports it) and that will also place more load on the video card.
