Can you provide some additional details. What hardware are you using?

Can you provide a debug log
      https://www.passmark.com/support/per.../debug-log.php

Does the problem happen 100% of the time? Do any of the HDD tests trigger the problem, or just one?
Note that this issue isn't identical to the one initially reported (as that had nothing to do with the HDD test).

Update: We don't think 300H is MSR_SGXOWNEREPOCH0. But there was an issue similar to this on Skylake CPUs that was fixed a couple of weeks ago. We'll have a public patch shortly. I don't know if it is your issue, as no hardware details were provided.
      Hi David,

The problem happens 100% of the time and it does not depend on the HDD.
I have i9-10920X (Cascade Lake). I can check a new build with the fix for Skylake CPUs.

Yes, if you can try V11 build 1015, that would be good.

David (PassMark) I'm running into the same BSOD on a Lenovo ThinkStation P620 while using PassMark V11 1023. I have attached the debug logs.

We'll have a look. Technical breakdown of the issue was in this former post.

So work around might be to disable some of those settings (or upgrade to Win11)

              Thanks for the logs.

The BSOD is due to OS security restrictions when attempting to obtain memory controller timings. We have made a possible workaround for this.

Can you give this build a try:
