i downloaded the archived version (10.2), with similar behavior
so i rebooted and ran the test on a clean boot. same experience. searched through the forum, but didn't see anything in the first few pages

these images are all from running the same performance test. at the end of the test, passmark ranks my system in the 3rd percentile. when i click "explain", it opens another dialog window that tells me my system is in the 97th percentile. if i try to upload my results, it says i'm in the 2nd percentile. it's bizarre and erratic. note the two dissimilar results for the 2d benchmark score

One of those screen shots is from the Help file. It is a screen shot of a screen shot, of someone else's system.
Maybe you missed the text in your screen shot "(Screenshot is example, not your systems actual score)"
Your score was actually 221 (in the 2 to 3% percentile, rounding errors likely account for the 2% vs 3% number)
The performance problem seems to be mostly in the 2D section.
Also you can't directly compare the V10 and V11 results for 2D. There was a lot of changes in the benchmarks.
