When the benchmark is run, we disable turbo mode and check the actual current clock speed and compare it to what we expect for that CPU model.

Hi there For clarification, turbo mode is only temporarily disabled, isn't it? Then re-enable when the actual benchmarking is run?

Also, is there any way of viewing the single thread benchmark scores of overclocked CPUs? This would be a neat feature.

Yes, turbo mode is disabled only for a few seconds during startup.

You can manually view indivdual baseline files by searching for them in PerformanceTest,
