  • TLv3 - cannot view test cases

    Testlog v3 windows client. One user in particular has this problem trying to view project test cases.

    TestLog: Couldn't load template file - Please select a template to use from the Display Style option under the Edit menu (TestLog standalone) or the Configuration link (TestLog CGI)

    Everyone else can view these fine.

    Any ideas?

    Issue was resolved by uninstalling and re-installing.

      Going to the edit menu and choosing "Display style" should have displayed the current template and available templates and lets you choose one. It sounds like this user didn't have a template selected somehow or didn't have access to the templates.
