It looks like you might be using an older version of the endpoint than expected, could you please try updating the endpoint version to the one that is in the installer of the version you are using.

*edit* Or potentially a newer version, internally the endpoint version has changed but the endpoint packaged with V10 could still have the same external version identifier.

Can you provide more details of the setup. What PC hardware, what networking environment, how many End Points do you have running?

We don't support V9 of the software anymore. Can you try V10 for both the main software and the end point. Also don't be tempted to mix versions as we have never testing a V9 end point with V10 of the software.

Is the system that is running the endpoint on the same subnet (192.168.1)?

No, the remote machine is the default IP169XX, the test machine is 192XX, the Settings are the same, only V9 replaced with V10

The remote machine needs to be reachable on the network for the network test to work, if it doesn't have a valid IP BurnInTest (or anything else) isn't going to be able to see it.

Can the remote host and the host under test be in the same network segment, for example: Remote: 192.168.1.1 Host under test: 192.168.1.2

Yes, the simplest setup is to have the End Point machine and machine under test on the same sub-net.
